No-Win No-Fee. It means you have access to our specialist professional service, with no need to pay us in advance, and if we don´t win your claim, you don’t pay anything. Nothing. If we take up your claim we will act for you throughout the claim process, and go the extra mile to make sure that you get the highest level of compensation. Even if we have to, we will appeal to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) on your behalf. We are your partner throughout the claim process and we serve your interests as if they were our own.
Please let us explain the fee we charge
Our fee is 25% + VAT of any compensation amount recovered. This is our total fee. This includes everything involved in the claim process, from start to finish. Should your claim need to be referred to the FOS, we will do this on your behalf at no extra cost.
